Development

Here you will find AI projects — artificial intelligence applied in practice — alongside apps, websites, case work and workflows at the intersection of digital transformation and concrete commercial, operational and event-related needs.

Scroll down to explore the projects.

About the AI projects

The projects show what has actually been built, how the solutions work and what practical relevance they can have in commercial development, sales, operations and operational governance, event planning, customer experience, leadership, workflow, decision support and responsible use of AI.

This page serves as a portfolio for employers, recruiters and decision-makers who want to see practical AI understanding, digital transformation, product development and commercial and operational execution capability in practice.

From further education to built solutions

In 2026 I completed the master's course Generative AI for Business at BI Norwegian Business School with grade A. In parallel I have built and published several business-oriented AI projects exploring how AI can be used for transformation governance, AI readiness, operational prioritisation, sales flow, customer dialogue, team development, event planning, workflow and commercial execution — including the executive platforms AI Transformation & Value Realization and Control Tower, and apps such as Event Planner.

The work includes, among other things, decision and execution platforms for operational and commercial governance, AI-assisted planning and follow-up for events, AI-supported patient journey, intake and booking for a dental clinic, AI architecture for decision support and prioritisation, and an AI-assisted insight and content engine that makes knowledge and market signals more actionable.

I have also initiated AI Value Lab Oslo, with the aim of exploring practical AI value, learning and business-oriented problem areas together with others. The projects below show concrete solutions, models and workflows that connect business, operations, user needs, technology and execution in practice.

Strategic platformConcept prototype

AI Transformation & Value Realization

Executive concept platform for prioritisation, execution and documented value realisation of AI initiatives

AI Transformation & Value Realization gives leadership teams a unified workspace to prioritise AI initiatives, manage decisions and phase gates, track feasibility and governance, compare scenarios and document expected, approved and realised value.

What the project is

A leadership-oriented concept platform for organisations moving AI from ideas and standalone pilots to prioritised initiatives, controlled execution, new practice and documented business value.

The challenge

Many organisations have started with AI tools, experiments and pilots. The challenge arises when initiatives must be prioritised, anchored, implemented and scaled — while expected benefits need to be documented.

What has been built or developed

A functional concept prototype has been developed with leadership overview, initiative portfolio with 18 fictional initiatives, prioritisation model, transformation journey, value realisation, leadership brief, feasibility and governance, and scenario analysis.

How the solution works

The leadership team starts in the leadership overview, moves to the initiative portfolio and can open each initiative with value, risk, ownership, dependencies and next best action.

Relevance

The project shows how strategic prioritisation, portfolio management, organisational understanding and practical AI can be connected in one leadership-oriented workspace.

Status and maturity

Functional concept prototype with fictional, session-based demo data.

Further development of the solution

Further development may include secure authentication, server-based organisation isolation, permanent data storage, enterprise integrations and alerts.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The core model can be adapted to different industries, organisation sizes and transformation portfolios.

Strategic platformConcept prototype

Control Tower – Decision & Execution Intelligence

Decision and execution platform for operational and commercial prioritisation

Control Tower turns operational and commercial signals into consequence, priority, next best action, clear ownership and structured impact follow-up.

What the project is

A modular leadership platform that turns scattered operational and commercial signals into clear priorities, next best action, ownership and structured impact follow-up.

The challenge

Many organisations have enough data and reports, but lack clear prioritisation, ownership and connection to concrete action. Critical signals can therefore be detected late, while actions and impact are weakly followed up.

What has been built or developed

A functional concept prototype has been developed with a shared landing page, Operations Control Tower, Commercial Control Tower, transparent rules engine, Action Centre, scenario analysis and AI-supported brief.

How the solution works

Signal → consequence → priority → action → ownership → impact. A transparent rules engine identifies deviations, risk and priorities, and the Action Centre links next best action to owner and expected impact.

Relevance

The project shows how operational and commercial leadership information can be turned into next best action, clear ownership and more structured execution.

Status and maturity

Functional concept prototype with Operations and Commercial modules, transparent rules engine and fictional demo data.

Further development of the solution

Further development may include production integrations, secure login, permanent history, alerts and more advanced predictive analysis.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The core model can be adapted to more leadership roles, functions and industries.

The Predictive Sales Coach v2.0: AI-based sales training and meeting preparation

AI-based sales training and meeting preparation for B2B sales

AI-based sales training and meeting preparation for B2B sales, with realistic customer simulations, structured feedback and sales leadership insight.

What the project is

An access-controlled training, simulation and evaluation platform for B2B customer dialogue — with scenario setup, customer simulation, scorecard, DISC-inspired communication and leadership insight.

The challenge

Many sales reps train too little before important customer meetings. Preparation is often generic, customer insight is used unevenly, and sales leaders lack structured insight into which skills the team actually needs to develop.

What has been built or developed

An AI-based platform has been developed with scenario setup, customer type, industry, sales phase, simulated customer dialogue, structured evaluation, scorecard, archive and a foundation for leadership insight.

How the solution works

The user sets up a customer scenario, trains on the customer dialogue with an AI-simulated customer, and receives structured feedback on sales phase, communication, value argumentation and objection handling after the session.

Relevance

The project shows how AI can support sales training, meeting preparation, onboarding and more precise coaching before important customer meetings — without replacing sales leadership.

Status and maturity

Access-controlled sales development tool · ready for limited customer use. The solution is text-based in the current version and built for training, simulation, evaluation and leadership insight use.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes voice interfaces, more scenarios, team reports, CRM integration, leadership dashboards and more advanced scorecard and history.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The core model can be adapted for other organisations, industries and professional conversation situations — for example negotiation, advisory work and demanding customer dialogues.

The solution is access-controlled and developed as a portfolio project / closed test environment — not presented as a finished commercial product.

App and toolClosed pilot

FlowSignal v1.0: Profile insight, daily form and collaboration

Closed pilot and access-controlled workspace for profile insight, daily form, collaboration and leadership follow-up

FlowSignal is an AI-supported collaboration and development tool for leaders, commercial teams and organisations that want to make profile insight, daily form and dialogue more practically useful in everyday work — without being a control or diagnostic tool.

What the project is

An access-controlled workspace that brings together person profile, daily form, dialogue support, collaboration training, reflection and recommended next steps for teams and leaders.

The challenge

Many teams have access to person profiles and development tools, but struggle to use that insight in meetings, prioritisation, collaboration and demanding dialogues. Profile reports often remain static.

What has been built or developed

A closed pilot version has been developed with profile foundation, Talent Dynamics-inspired flow reflection, daily form registration, the Lighthouse, dialogue support, training, reflection and recommended next steps.

How the solution works

The user starts with profile and work style, registers daily form via the Lighthouse, and uses dialogue support and reflection for 1:1 conversations, team meetings, onboarding and demanding dialogues.

Relevance

The project shows how AI can support leadership follow-up, team development, role understanding and better collaboration — with focus on people, roles and daily form rather than customer dialogue.

Status and maturity

Closed pilot and access-controlled workspace for limited test use. Simple flow reflection is a preliminary self-assessment, not a formal Talent Dynamics profile.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes better report import, editable profile foundation, more precise recommendations, leadership dashboards and clearer team and leadership value.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The core model can be adapted for onboarding, leadership development, role clarification, team development and collaboration support in commercial and cross-functional environments.

The solution is access-controlled and developed as a portfolio project / closed test environment — not presented as a finished commercial product.

App and toolAccess-controlled mapping tool · Ready for limited customer use

AI Readiness Scan: Mapping AI readiness and execution capability

Structured mapping of AI maturity, priorities and next steps

AI Readiness Scan is an access-controlled mapping tool for leaders and organisations that want to clarify AI maturity, priorities and next steps — from strategy and competence to data, processes and responsible use.

What the project is

An access-controlled mapping tool that gives organisations a structured picture of AI maturity, prioritised development areas and a basis for next steps — not a formal certification.

The challenge

Many organisations want to adopt AI, but lack a shared picture of the current situation and what should come first. The challenge is to create structure before investing in larger initiatives.

What has been built or developed

An access-controlled mapping tool has been developed with structured question flow, secure login, access codes and administrative follow-up of organisations and assessments.

How the solution works

The organisation gains access via code or login, the participant answers questions on strategy, competence, processes, data and risk, and the result is used for prioritisation and follow-up.

Relevance

The project shows how structured mapping can provide better prioritisation and preparation before the organisation invests broadly in AI — without being presented as audit or guarantee.

Status and maturity

Access-controlled mapping tool · ready for limited customer use. The result is a basis for dialogue and prioritisation, not an authoritative assessment of AI maturity.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes industry-specific question sets, AI-generated summaries, maturity profiles, prioritisation matrices and links to implementation tracks.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The core model can be adapted for other organisations, industries and maturity levels — as preparation before larger AI initiatives or transformation tracks.

The solution is access-controlled and developed as a portfolio project / closed test environment — not presented as a finished commercial product.

App and toolAccess-controlled diagnostic tool · Ready for limited customer use

SMB Sales Flow Check: Interactive diagnosis and AI reporting

Interactive diagnosis with scoring, AI analysis, reporting and administrative follow-up

SMB Sales Flow Check is an interactive diagnostic tool that maps sales friction across ten commercial dimensions — with AI-generated analysis, customer report and admin console for follow-up.

What the project is

An access-controlled diagnostic tool for leaders that uncovers friction and bottlenecks in the sales function — especially relevant for SMBs, but adaptable to other commercial environments.

The challenge

Many organisations have invisible friction in their sales function: unused CRM systems, unstructured proposal processes and weak lead follow-up. Root causes are rarely uncovered systematically.

What has been built or developed

An access-controlled diagnostic app has been developed with main assessment, deep dives into weak areas, automatic scoring, AI-generated customer report and internal sales assessment — with admin console.

How the solution works

The respondent completes main assessment and deep dive, AI interprets scores and free text, and the customer receives a PDF report while responses are collected in the admin console for prioritisation and follow-up.

Relevance

The project shows how AI can structure diagnosis and prepare prioritisation — while also delivering immediate value to the respondent through report and reflection.

Status and maturity

Access-controlled diagnostic tool · ready for limited customer use. Scoring, AI analysis and admin console — the full process takes under ten minutes.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes CRM integration, industry-adapted questions, pipeline management, follow-up logic and reporting for different commercial teams.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The core model can be adapted for other organisations, industries and sales models — without presenting this as already implemented in customer organisations.

The solution is access-controlled and developed as a portfolio project / closed test environment — not presented as a finished commercial product.

App and toolPrivate beta

Event Planner

AI-assisted planning, collaboration and execution of events

AI-assisted planning, collaboration and execution of events in one shared workspace. Event Planner combines generative AI with structured project logic for participants, tasks, programme, conversations, finance, documents and event readiness. The platform makes unstructured information actionable, suggests next activities and lets multiple organisers collaborate in real time — with AI suggestions that are previewed and must be approved before changes are saved.

What the project is

Working full-stack prototype for planning and execution — with participants, tasks, programme, conversations, budget, event readiness (Event Readiness) and a public write-protected demo with fictional data.

The challenge

Events fragment across spreadsheets, email, SMS, messages and parallel checklists — without clear connection between agreements, ownership, cost, gaps and next steps.

What has been built or developed

Real-time collaboration with threaded conversations linked to tasks and costs, Event Readiness, budget and financial control, Quick Entry and Smart Paste with human-in-the-loop — plus optional Travel & accommodation and role-based access for Owner, Editor and Viewer.

How the solution works

The organiser gradually builds a data foundation, collaborates in real time and follows up via dashboard, readiness engine and AI assistant. Public demo can be explored without logging in; full use requires access to the private beta.

Relevance

Shows how generative AI can be integrated into operational workflow — from conversation and unstructured text to structured suggestions for tasks, decisions and costs, not as a chatbot on the side.

Status and maturity

Working full-stack prototype · Private beta — used in real planning and has a public write-protected demo. Portfolio and development project, not finished commercial SaaS.

Further development of the solution

Further development may include ready-made templates, supplier and quote follow-up, alerts, calendar and email integrations, self-service RSVP and post-event reporting.

Adaptation to functions and industries

Adapts planning focus based on whether the event is private or business-oriented — from birthday and wedding to conference, trade fair, kick-off and customer event. Relevant features can be activated as needed, for example Travel & accommodation.

The demo uses a fictional business event and can be explored without logging in. It shows among other things Event Readiness, tasks, collaboration, budget and Travel & accommodation. Creating, editing and collaboration require access to the private beta.

Case and implementationCompleted master's project and implementation case

Strategic AI implementation: From case to executable plan

Completed master's project and practical implementation case with developed solution and execution logic

Master's project from Generative AI for Business at BI, with Skøyenåsen Dental Clinic as the case basis. The work shows how AI can move from general opportunity to a concrete implementation plan — linking business needs, user needs, technology, risk and practical execution.

What the project is

A practical and strategic AI case developed through the Generative AI programme at BI. The goal was to show how a smaller organisation can identify relevant AI use areas, assess risk and create a realistic implementation plan.

The challenge

Many organisations are curious about AI but lack structure for moving from idea to execution. The challenge is often knowing where AI creates value, which use areas should be prioritised, and how risk, trust and responsibility should be managed.

What has been built or developed

The project describes a comprehensive implementation plan covering needs analysis, solution design, roadmap, technology, governance, privacy and responsible use. As part of the work, digital concepts were developed to test the solution logic in practice.

How the solution works

The methodology moves from identifying AI opportunities and business needs through needs analysis and solution design to roadmap, governance and organisational execution — with human-in-the-loop and clear boundaries.

Relevance

The project shows how AI can be implemented responsibly and close to the business. It is relevant for leaders who want to understand how AI can create value without becoming a technology project detached from operations and user needs.

Status and maturity

Completed master's project and practical implementation case with developed solution and execution logic. The concepts in the assignment are not presented as production-deployed solutions.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes workshop formats, implementation maps, AI use case prioritisation, governance frameworks and concrete execution plans for leadership and organisational adaptation.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The methodology is developed for responsible AI implementation, but can be adapted for other organisations, industries and maturity levels — as a basis for transformation projects and leadership dialogue.

The solution is developed as a concept prototype and portfolio demonstration — not presented as a production-ready system.

Case and implementationCase, concept and prototype — not production-deployed

Skøyenåsen Dental Clinic: AI in patient journey, intake and booking

Developed case, concept and prototype for a safer and more structured digital patient journey

A concrete AI case for patient journey, first contact, information, needs clarification and booking. The project connects customer experience, smart intake, guided booking, chatbot and digital front-end in six languages — with responsible use of AI and clear human control.

What the project is

A concrete development case focused on how AI and digital solutions can improve the patient journey from first contact to follow-up — scoped to front-end, patient dialogue and practical flow.

The challenge

Many smaller organisations have manual, fragmented or unclear customer journeys. Inquiries come through multiple channels, needs must be clarified manually, and patients can drop off along the way — especially where trust and human control must be safeguarded.

What has been built or developed

A chatbot and booking in six languages have been developed, with smart intake and guided booking in the digital front-end. The goal is simpler booking, clearer information and more systematic follow-up — without replacing clinical expertise.

How the solution works

The solution supports the first part of the patient journey: guidance in the patient's language, needs clarification, information on options and booking logic. Repetitive inquiries are relieved, while escalation to staff and human control is retained.

Relevance

Relevant for organisations that want to improve the customer or patient journey without high-risk AI. It shows practical implementation in a real business context with manageable governance.

Status and maturity

Developed case, concept and prototype for a safer and more structured digital patient journey. The solution is not production-deployed and does not use real patient data.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes further testing, booking integration, quality assurance, role and access management, multilingual support and administrative follow-up with clear control points.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The case is built for patient journey and booking in dental care, but can be adapted for other clinics, service businesses and customer-journey-oriented organisations with many manual inquiries.

The solution is developed as a concept prototype and portfolio demonstration — not presented as a production-ready system.

Website for mariusottesen.no — leadership profile, documented results, articles, AI projects and access-controlled demonstrators. Built with Next.js and practical AI across the workflow since late 2025, as a unified professional entry point for recruiters, employers and partners.

What the project is

A professional portfolio platform for employers, recruiters and decision-makers who want to understand experience, results, subject expertise and practical AI competence in one place.

The challenge

A leadership profile with extensive experience, documented results, articles and own AI projects easily becomes fragmented across LinkedIn, CV, presentations and one-off demos — giving an incomplete picture of both commercial and operational leadership and practical AI understanding.

What has been built or developed

Published website with Norwegian and English content: leadership profile, experience, results, references, articles, AI projects, consulting, CV and contact — including access-controlled demonstrators, landing pages for selected solutions and a case page for Row Solutions (rowsolutions.no) in the portfolio.

How the solution works

The website functions as a unified professional surface: first profile and documented delivery capability, then subject depth through articles, and finally concrete AI projects and demonstrators. Developed with Next.js, Vercel and AI-assisted workflow in Cursor.

Relevance

Shows how a commercial leader can combine documented results history, clear communication and practical AI development in one credible portfolio — relevant for recruitment, collaboration and professional dialogue.

Status and maturity

Case and implementationCompleted – not published

Row Solutions – from commercial idea to digital platform

Commercial positioning, service structure and digital foundation for a new SMB initiative

Development of positioning, service structure, information architecture and a completed website for rowsolutions.no — for a new commercial SMB initiative built through an iterative and AI-assisted working method where customer problems come before technology. The website is not yet publicly published.

What the project is

Row Solutions is a new commercial initiative where the website rowsolutions.no serves as a unified digital foundation for positioning, services, professional insight, projects and commercial dialogue — linked to customer problems, service structure and practical execution.

The challenge

The challenge is not just to build a website, but to make a broad commercial offering understandable for SMB leaders. Organisations experience friction between visibility, lead generation, CRM, sales, customer dialogue and follow-up — while an advisory environment combining strategy, sales, transformation and AI can quickly appear too broad without clear structure.

What has been built or developed

Commercial positioning, audience understanding, service structure, information architecture, customer journey and CTA logic have been developed — and a website for rowsolutions.no has been built in Norwegian and English with Next.js, responsive design and an AI-assisted development workflow in Cursor.

How the solution works

The website rowsolutions.no is designed to lead from an overall understanding of Row Solutions to relevant services, professional insight, projects and contact. The process behind the solution follows business problem → positioning → information architecture → working solution → evaluation → improvement.

Relevance

The project documents ability to connect commercial problem understanding, structure, user journey, technology and practical execution — relevant for commercial development, digital transformation and AI value realization.

Status and maturity

The website for rowsolutions.no is completed, but not publicly published. No documented market effect, customer activity or public launch is claimed.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes professional content, documented cases, user journey and conversion analysis, stronger SEO/AEO, CRM and lead flows, analytics and AI-supported functions — as possible further development, not existing functionality.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The working method can be transferred to other SMBs, advisory environments, knowledge businesses and professional service organisations that need to connect positioning, services, content and commercial digital presence — without being presented as delivered client projects.

The solution is developed as a concept prototype and portfolio demonstration — not presented as a production-ready system.

Models and workflows

Models and workflows for decision support, knowledge work, communication, prioritisation and next best action.

Click the image to view insight-action in a larger format.

Model and workflowConcept and demonstrated workflow — not an autonomous agent in production

From insight to commercial action: Agentic workflow

Developed concept and demonstrated agentic workflow to structure the path from insight to prioritised action

The project explores how AI can support a structured workflow from input and insight to assessment, prioritisation, suggested action and human quality assurance. The goal is to reduce the distance between information and commercial action — not to replace human decision-making.

What the project is

A concept and practical demonstration of an agentic workflow that interprets tasks, selects the right process, retrieves relevant context and suggests the next prioritised step.

The challenge

Many organisations hold large volumes of insight, CRM data, market information and strategic assessments. The challenge is that insight often remains passive and is not translated quickly enough into priorities, sales follow-up or leadership decisions.

What has been built or developed

A demonstrated workflow connecting insight, prioritisation and commercial action. The first version handles content work and opportunity discovery, among other areas, with structured insight and suggested next actions.

How the solution works

The model interprets input, classifies task type, retrieves relevant context and suggests the next concrete action — with human-in-the-loop and quality assurance before anything is executed.

Relevance

Relevant for organisations that want to use AI for more than one-off prompt responses — in sales follow-up, customer insight, market prioritisation, meeting preparation and decision support.

Status and maturity

Developed concept and demonstrated agentic workflow to structure the path from insight to prioritised action. The solution is not presented as an autonomous agent in production.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes more data sources, clearer agent roles, decision rules, more advanced quality control, history and learning loops — as development direction, not existing functionality.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The workflow is built for insight into commercial action, but can be adapted for other decision situations — for sales leadership support, market prioritisation and commercial teams.

The solution is developed as a concept prototype and portfolio demonstration — not presented as a production-ready system.

Click the image to view the workflow in a larger format.

Model and workflowModel and workflow — not an autonomous publishing engine

AI-assisted insight and content engine

Developed model and practical workflow for AI-assisted insight work and content development with human editorial control

A structured workflow to collect, assess, rank and process insight into better professional content, leadership communication and decision foundations. The core is insight structure, knowledge work and editorial flow — not automatic text production without control.

What the project is

An AI-assisted model and workflow that makes a knowledge base, sources and reflections more usable — for clearer messaging, publishable content and better communication foundations.

The challenge

Many leaders and professionals collect large volumes of insight, reports, articles and meeting notes. Knowledge often becomes fragmented, hard to retrieve and demanding to translate into concrete communication or action.

What has been built or developed

A demonstrated workflow that ranks relevant sources and builds suggestions for core angle, headlines, drafts and supporting elements — as a starting point for editorial processing.

How the solution works

The user starts with a topic or question. The model searches the knowledge base, assesses relevance and quality, suggests an angle and builds a structured draft that is edited and quality-checked manually.

Relevance

Relevant for organisations that want to strengthen knowledge work, leadership communication, professional visibility and internal learning — without presenting AI as an autonomous content engine.

Status and maturity

Developed model and practical workflow for AI-assisted insight work and content development with human editorial control. Not presented as an autonomous publishing engine.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes better ranking and scoring, knowledge base integration, editorial calendar, more content formats and approval flows — as development direction.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The engine is built for insight and content production, but can be adapted for other professional communities — for thought leadership support, messaging development and communication for leadership and sales.

The solution is developed as a concept prototype and portfolio demonstration — not presented as a production-ready system.

Click the image to view AI architecture for decision support in a larger format.

Model and workflowArchitecture model under development — not a finished enterprise system

AI architecture for decision support and commercial prioritisation

Developed architecture model and decision logic for how data, analysis and AI can support commercial prioritisation

A model for how organisations can connect data, insight, analysis, business rules and AI more closely to prioritisation and decisions. The project distinguishes between reporting what happened, analysing why, and recommending what should be prioritised next.

What the project is

An AI architecture model for structuring complexity, identifying gaps, revealing patterns and strengthening decision foundations in strategy, sales, governance and operational development.

The challenge

Strategy documents, KPI structures, sales processes and regulatory requirements can create more complexity than progress. Information is often scattered, heavy to interpret and difficult to translate into priorities and next actions.

What has been built or developed

A developed architecture for using generative AI to break down complex issues systematically — with identification of gaps, patterns, risk and action alternatives as a basis for human decision-making.

How the solution works

The model starts from documents, processes, sales data, strategic goals or governance requirements. AI structures the material, extracts patterns and suggests priorities — while human judgement is retained at the decision point.

Relevance

Relevant for commercial leadership, pipeline prioritisation, customer insight, margin, resource use and leadership team decision work — as a model, not an implemented client system.

Status and maturity

Developed architecture model and decision logic for how data, analysis and AI can support commercial prioritisation and leadership decisions. Not presented as a fully implemented enterprise system.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes dashboards, scenario analysis, alerts, prioritisation engine, decision log and explainable AI — as development direction, not existing functionality.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The architecture is built for prioritisation and decision support, but can be adapted for other governance models — for gap analysis, sales and market overview and leadership tools for strategy and commercial governance.

The solution is developed as a concept prototype and portfolio demonstration — not presented as a production-ready system.

Cross-disciplinary learning and development initiative for responsible use of AI through real cases

AI Value Lab Oslo is a cross-disciplinary initiative where technology, business and practical development meet. The goal is to explore how AI can be understood, tested and used responsibly in business-near challenges — with concrete cases as learning arenas.

What the project is

A professional learning, development and collaboration initiative for practical exploration of AI value — not a consulting firm, client programme or established commercial service.

The challenge

Many organisations are interested in AI but lack the time, structure and competence to identify where the technology can actually create value — and to move from curiosity to prioritised use cases and responsible implementation.

What has been built or developed

Established arena for learning, sparring, practical testing and development of AI-related concepts. Initiator Marius Ottesen, together with Tatiana Hanecakova and Ole Mjelde, with complementary experience in commercial leadership, finance, digitalisation and practical AI use.

How the solution works

The initiative assesses AI through concrete problems, not only tool demos. The group looks at value in work processes, customer experience, decision support, communication and execution — with responsible use and practical learning at the core.

Relevance

Relevant for SMB leaders, leadership teams and partners who want to understand where AI can create value — and for employers who want to see ability to build professional arenas and practical AI understanding.

Status and maturity

Cross-disciplinary learning and development initiative under further development — a professional and practical initiative, not a finished commercial solution or documented delivery platform.

What the project is

A professional content, learning and communication track — not a single product, but a curated subject archive documenting how I think about AI as a leadership topic.

The challenge

Many leaders encounter AI through tools, trends and one-off demos, but lack a clear language for what the technology means for strategy, organisation, workflows and commercial value.

What has been built or developed

Authored posts on AI, technology leadership, implementation, governance, productivity, workflows and commercial development — published under Articles, linked to LinkedIn, BI work and my own AI projects.

How the solution works

The articles function as a professional archive and thought leadership platform. They allow recruiters, employers and partners to understand how AI connects to strategy, prioritisation, people and execution.

Relevance

Relevant for employers seeking a commercial leader with practical AI understanding, and for partners and event organisers who want perspectives on AI, leadership and transformation.

Status and maturity

Published and continuously developed professional track and living knowledge archive — communication as a method for learning, not formal advisory delivery or research.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes clearer reading paths, thematic filtering, audience-tailored recommendations, links between articles and AI projects, support for speaking engagements and better internal linking and SEO.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The track can be adapted for different audiences and professional contexts — for recruiters, leadership teams, SMBs, industry networks, speaking engagements and internal knowledge sharing.

Promo video: The Predictive Sales Coach and Marius Ottesen Consulting

Completed promo video and visual product presentation developed as part of portfolio and communication work

AI-generated promo video for The Predictive Sales Coach v2.0 and Marius Ottesen Consulting. The film shows how AI, DISC-inspired customer psychology and structured sales training can make meeting preparation more precise — and how generative AI can be used for visual concept communication.

What the project is

A promotional video communicating PSCv2.0 and Marius Ottesen Consulting through short, visual and commercial language — not as a standalone software product.

The challenge

Many AI projects are hard to understand because they are described in technical or abstract terms. To create interest and trust, solutions must also be explainable in a visual, simple and credible way.

What has been built or developed

An AI-generated promotional video showing meeting preparation, DISC-inspired customer adaptation and structured sales training. Produced in Higgsfield (Seedance 2.0), edited in DaVinci Resolve Studio, with audio and music from Pixabay.

How the solution works

The film shows how a salesperson and sales manager can use PSCv2.0 to prepare for a customer meeting, understand the person profile, practise sales phases and enter the meeting with greater confidence — as communication, not a product demo.

Relevance

Shows practical experience with AI-based product communication, sales training and commercial positioning — relevant for employers, partners and product presentation in the portfolio.

Status and maturity

Completed promo video and visual product presentation developed as part of portfolio and communication work. The video supports the positioning of PSCv2.0 and Marius Ottesen Consulting.

Further development of the solution

Further potential includes more product videos, shorter versions for social media, industry- or audience-adapted versions, demo and presentation material and better links between video and detail pages.

Adaptation to functions and industries

The format can be adapted for other products, organisations and commercial messages — as short-form video, onboarding, sales training and visual concept communication for leaders and commercial teams.
