We have started something that I believe more managers should do
An informal community to build, share and challenge each other with AI — for real business value.

We have started something that I think more leaders should do.
For me, this has become an arena where I both learn faster and get to test my own hypotheses in practice.
We are three people with one common ambition:
Creating real business value with AI.
We have established an informal collaboration we call "𝗔𝗜 𝗩𝗮𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗼𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗶𝗮𝗮𝓁
Not just to test tools, but to actually build, share and challenge each other systematically.
We meet regularly for what we call "Shock & Shout".
Here we share concretely what we have been working on since the last time:
• AI agents, applications and websites we have developed
• Experiment across models and tools. What works, what doesn't
• Comparison of strengths and weaknesses between different AI solutions
• Insights from meetings, workshops and courses we attend, as well as input and tips for other and new subject areas and themes
But what makes this special is the depth of the discussions. We also spend time on what many skip:
• How to use data that provides competitive advantage
• Governance – how to ensure control, quality and accountability
• Frameworks such as ADDDD (Align, Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver) - and how it is used in practice
• How to go from pilot to scalable value
At the same time, we do not only work with experiments. We deal with real problems and use cases.
Our hypothesis is simple. AI does not create value in silos. It creates value when different units work together. Just as departments in businesses have to do.
What I'm left with so far is a pretty clear realization. Many work with AI on an individual level. Few manage to build structures that create value at company level.
Our approach is therefore deliberate:
👉 Combine practical construction with strategic understanding
👉 Connect AI directly to commercial use-cases
👉 Learn faster together than individually
Next step? We will build something together that has a real effect - and that can be scaled.
For me, this is at least as much about management as technology.
Management that is able to connect experimentation with direction.
Management that understands both data, governance and value creation.
Management that delivers effect and results.
We are early. We build, not just talk. In a double sense. Looking forward to the continuation Ole Mjelde and Tatiana Hanecakova!
Sky is the limit. But only for those who convert AI into value.
