Finished, but just getting started
This weekend I submitted my final project assignment in Generative AI for Business at BI. The Skøyenåsen Dental Clinic case: GenAI in the patient and customer journey through website, chatbot and booking.
This weekend I submitted my final project assignment in Generative AI for Business at BI.
It marks the end of the master's programme, including three exam projects, practical use of AI tools, building, strategy, analysis and a larger individual project assignment.
The final assignment was about how Skøyenåsen Dental Clinic can use GenAI to improve the patient and customer journey through a new website, chatbot and online booking. The core was to make first contact with the clinic more guided, relevant and efficient through needs clarification, booking support and patient communication.
The assignment was about strategic AI implementation, but I also chose to build parts of the solution to test how this can work in practice.
What I take away is broader than the case itself.
AI creates value first when it is connected to real workflows, clear problems, people, risk and commercial execution. 💯
For me this has been highly inspiring going forward — as a leader, in a commercial context and in understanding how AI can be used to create concrete value in organisations.
So I am not really finished.
I bring new AI competence as an important supplement to my commercial core skills, and see major opportunities to use this to create value across more industries and companies. 💥
