4 custom-built AI apps to find friction and prioritise next steps
Four custom AI apps for maturity, sales flow, teams and sales training — from friction between plan and practice to prioritisation and next steps.
1 / 10It is rarely a lack of plans that holds businesses back.
It is the friction between plan and practice.
I have developed four custom, AI-supported apps that address different parts of this challenge:
AI Readiness Scan maps AI readiness and helps organisations prioritise where to start.
SMB Sales Flow Check reveals bottlenecks in the sales flow and provides a clearer basis for follow-up and improvement.
FlowSignal connects profile insight, daily form and collaboration to strengthen dialogue, feedback and team development.
The Predictive Sales Coach gives salespeople and sales leaders an arena to practise customer dialogues, communication and sales phases before it counts.
The background is experience from commercial leadership roles. I have seen sales processes stall without a clear cause, CRM data that is not used well enough, teams with high effort but uneven direction, and good plans that do not always translate into practice.
The apps are built to get closer to the core: Where does friction arise? What is the real pain point? And which measures can deliver impact first?
These are practical concepts that can be developed further and adapted to different businesses, roles, processes and needs with relatively simple adjustments.
