After 2 years as National Sales Manager in Franzefoss Gjenvinning, I have chosen to move on

The background is different strategic views on the way forward - and a conscious choice to invest time in further development and expertise before the changes force themselves forward, including in the field of AI.

The time in Franzefoss has given me further solid experience in commercial management, sales development and implementation in a complex and socially critical industry. At the same time, I have gained a deeper understanding of circular economy and recycling, as well as what is actually required to succeed with change in practice.

I would like to thank my colleagues for an exciting and intensive period, during which both the company and the people developed significantly.

Today I used the experiences actively, i.a. as interim manager and consultant in dentistry at Skøyenåsen Tannklinikk. This is growing strongly, with more dentists, more specialized treatments and a clear focus on both existing patients and new customer groups. At the same time, the clinic has been renovated and modernized to meet the requirements forward-looking clinics must deliver on – professionally, technologically and in terms of patient experience.

AI is also on its way into dentistry – not only in examinations and treatment, but in the areas of efficiency, decision support and development. Here I am now concretely working on how technology can contribute to better quality, flow and results.

Also, I continue to develop MedDrop. This is a med-tech start-up and an IoT-based medicine dispenser - with a focus on patient safety, compliance and clinical needs. The project deals with innovation at the intersection of technology, health, regulatory frameworks and clinical practice.

At the same time, I invest heavily in my own development:
• Master's course in Generative AI for Business (BI)
• Practical application and testing beyond the syllabus
• Active learning and sharing in the network (the AI posts I publish are part of this)
• Courses, networks and dialogue with exciting professional environments - to learn and contribute where relevant

The period I am in now is not a break, but an active investment in development, ability to implement and relevance for forward-looking organisations. I still want to stand strong as a commercial manager, where AI is one of my key management skills.

Curious about dialogue - not necessarily a new job tomorrow!
