Back at BI - and looking for a business to build AI value with (and an app you get to vote on).

11 years ago I completed the Exec. Master of Management at BI School of Economics, with specialization in strategy and communication. Now I'm back on the master's course Generative AI for Business, led by professor and AI expert Shubin Yu.

This is not a course where we only discuss theory. We will build AI in practice, including the development of a working application and a strategic implementation plan for generative AI.

We have our first physical meeting this week, but I've already spent the last few months on curriculum, tool testing, hands-on projects (yes, it's coded) and sparring with both technical and commercial environments. The ambition is to connect technology to concrete business value and execution power.

This is closely related to what I now spend time on. to bridge the gap between management and AI technology. I want to help businesses turn technological opportunities into commercial value, without the need for a large internal tech team. Together with several technical experts, I deliver consultancy and implementation based on business understanding and management experience.

As part of the course, I will build an AI app. I have outlined three self-developed concepts that address concrete challenges in the business world, and now need input:

1️⃣ The “North Star” – AI Strategy Alignment Engine

Strategies often die in documents. The app allows the business to upload the strategy, and AI breaks it down into concrete, measurable OKRs for departments. It ensures operational anchoring and common direction.

2️⃣ The “Predictive Sales Coach”

An always-on AI trainer for sales teams. Salespeople can simulate demanding customer meetings against a tailored persona, for example a skeptical CFO, and get concrete feedback on structure, argumentation and handling of objections. The aim is reduced time-to-competence and increased win-rate.

3️⃣ The “Churn Sentinel” – Revenue Retention

The app analyzes customer dialogue and CRM log to uncover early signals of churn risk. It provides a risk assessment with explanation and suggested measures before the income disappears.

Which one would you like to see me build – 1, 2 or 3?

In addition, I will carry out a larger strategic project assignment. I want to connect this to a real business.

Does your business have a process that can be optimized with generative AI, but lacks the capacity to explore it? Then I can build the project assignment around your case and deliver a concrete implementation plan with priorities, benefit assessments, risk analysis and roadmap.
